Great White Shark.jpg

Culling, Finning and Illegal Fishing

October 13, 2018

I first picked up a camera whilst studying Physical Geography at Exeter University. However, I started photographing underwater in order to document the research I was doing whilst diving. I enjoyed the challenge of photography underwater and sharing the magical world with those who have not experienced it for themselves.

My aim was to use my photography to raise awareness of the issues affecting the natural world and help inspire people to care about the marine and terrestrial ecosystems.

Below is a link to one of my first conservation photojournalism articles which I wrote for the Australian group Support our sharks. Please take a moment to read this and share with others.

Let me know what you think,
